Super Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Glaze

This cake is our old family standby, Super Chocolate Cake from the Best of Bridge cookbooks. It is dark and chocolatey and fairly low fat. On this particular one I used half black cocoa, and half regular.

The glaze I use is really easy:

2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp milk
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Combine the butter, sugar and milk in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in chips until smooth. Drizzle over still-warm cake.
