Three loaves made from a modified version of this recipe.

I used all whole wheat flour (freshly ground), only 1/3 cup honey, and added 3 Tbsp vital wheat gluten. Made three loaves and baked them at 350F on convect roast for 30 minutes. This is my favorite everyday method. The dough is so easy to work with. I do it all by hand.
