My usual rustic sourdough recipe from the NAIT bread course I took back in 2011. Just flour, water, malt, salt and my wild sourdough starter. No added yeast. Makes a chewy, sour, delicious bread with a beautiful dark caramelized crust and lots of big holes. YUM.
