Nutella, Cinnamon & Plain Butterhorns, March 13

I found this recipe online while looking for a dinner roll recipe that could sit overnight. I used half whole wheat flour and half white, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly, measuring flour by weight. The dough was very soft so I added a little more white flour. It firmed up in the fridge. I made it late at night the night before, and took it out of the fridge after work the next day (3:00 p.m. or so). I divided it into three portions, and rolled each portion out into a 12" circle. I cut each portion into 12 triangles. I left one portion plain, spread one portion with Nutella, and brushed one with melted butter and then sprinkled it with cinnamon and white sugar. Rolled the triangles up and baked them at 350 (convect) for about 15 minutes. Oh, yum! The dough is soft and tender. All the flavours are good. The rolls are soft and tender and sweet. Next time I would spread the Nutella a little thicker.
